A life-long Twin Cities resident, Mary earned her B.A.
in Finance from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul.
She gained 15 years experience in a variety of roles at
Marquette, First Bank and Firstar Bank, including Credit
Analyst, Commercial Lending, Cash Management Sales
and Private Banking.

In 1997 Mary became an Executive Recruiter, where her
strong knowledge of banking gave her a solid edge in that
industry. Mary's extensive network gives her the unique
ability to uncover hidden banking talent. Drawing on her
broad complement of skills, Mary formed Midwest
Financial Search Inc. in 2003, based on a philosophy that
values long-term relationships.

Paul Bees
I recognize the importance of keeping abreast of
changing market conditions and hiring trends.

Paul grew up in Toronto and received his B.A. in
French from the University of Iowa. He has 10 years of
Commercial Banking experience and 15 years in the
Executive Search industry, including an assignment in
Paris. Paul is a recognized expert in banking recruiting
and compensation trends.

Paul joined Midwest Financial Search Inc. in 2003 because
the firm allowed him to focus his expertise and marketing
entirely on one industry. His job blends a solid knowledge
of commercial banking, an outgoing personality, a
commitment to customer service, and what he calls a
side order of psychology.
